Narrify — Terms of Service

Welcome to Narrify (“the Service”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the AI video analysis, script generation, and viral prediction services provided by Xiamen Youyou Information Technology Co., Ltd. (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Service Description

Narrify provides tools designed for content creators, marketers, and strategists that allow users to:

• Upload videos and transform them into structured production scripts and storyboards using AI;
• Analyze video structure, pacing, hooks, and engagement triggers;
• Receive viral prediction scores and optimization recommendations for video content.

2. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the content you upload for analysis or store using the Service.
• You must ensure you have the legal right, or sufficient fair use justification, to upload and analyze any content.
• You may not use the Service to infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
• You may not use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes.

3. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to upload, analyze, share, or distribute any content that:

• Infringes upon the rights of others, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights;
• Contains pornography, sexually explicit material, or child sexual exploitation;
• Promotes violence, terrorism, extremism, or incitement of hatred or discrimination;
• Contains false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent information;
• Includes malware, viruses, or any content intended to disrupt or damage systems;
• Involves gambling, narcotics, weapons, or other prohibited goods and services;
• Otherwise deemed harmful, offensive, or inappropriate by us at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to remove prohibited content without prior notice and to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

4. Storage and Data Retention

Narrify stores your uploaded videos and the resulting AI analysis histories to provide a continuous service. However, if a paid membership or subscription expires and remains unpaid for an extended period, or if you exceed the storage limits of your tier, we reserve the right to delete your uploaded files and generated reports after providing reasonable notice. It is your responsibility to export and back up any important scripts or analysis data.

5. Intellectual Property

• All rights in the original uploaded videos remain with their respective creators and rights holders.
• The Service does not claim ownership of the original videos you upload.
• You retain ownership of the original content you upload, and you are granted a license to use the derivative AI-generated scripts and insights for your content creation purposes in accordance with your subscription tier.

6. Fair Use and Limitations

• The Service is intended to help creators learn and optimize their content. Automated mass processing without appropriate API agreements is strictly prohibited.
• We may impose limits on the number of videos analyzed, video length, and API requests to prevent abuse and ensure service stability.

7. Privacy and Data

We collect the information necessary to operate the Service, run AI models, and improve our algorithms. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

8. DMCA & Copyright Policy (United States)

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). If you believe that content stored or made available through the Service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice including the following:

1. Your name, address, phone number, and email address;
2. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
3. A description of the material that you claim is infringing and where it is located within the Service;
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized agent;
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

9. General Copyright Policy (Non-U.S. Regions)

For users and rights holders outside of the United States, we also maintain a general copyright policy:

• If you believe that content available through the Service infringes your intellectual property rights, you may submit a copyright complaint including:

  2. Identification of the copyrighted work or rights;
  3. Identification of the infringing content and its location on the Service;

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and any AI-generated insights (including viral predictions and scripts) are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service. We make no guarantees that following AI recommendations will result in actual viral success or increased engagement.

11. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any damages, loss of data, loss of revenue, or claims arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its analysis.
• You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims related to your content or use of the Service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

13. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
